"Four weeks ago I heard about an aerobics class from a friend which meets on a weekly basis. I felt relatively healthy and flexible at the time. I had been exercising regularly by jogging. To my great surprise, at the aerobics class, I found out that I wasn't as flexible as I thought I was, and experienced stiffness in my back. I continued to attend the weekly sessions of regular exercise with the Bodybow, and it worked miracles!

I now feel very flexible and relaxed, and it has made jogging a delight! I am noticeably more lively and refreshed and the 'November' fatigue that I experienced is a thing of the past. All of the Bodybow-recommended exercises  have relaxed my muscle groups to the extent that it has become a routine element of my exercise regime. Good riddance to one dimensional exercise!"

"I remember my first session as if it were yesterday -even though it has already been a year since then. I was left with an overwhelmingly positive impression. The session started with the words: "A Better Life".

As a 40 year old woman suffering from an intervertebral disc, I experience stiffness and acute pain stemming all the way to my feet. My sleeping routines became very fragmented due to comfort issues. I was wary of many types of aerobic exercise as many movements caused pain in the region. Some proved to be outright impossible to perform in my condition. I was often left feeling very sore as the result of such exercises, and was becoming aware of my deteriorating muscle condition overall.

During the first session, I noticed that with the help of the Bodybow Fitness Arc I was able to perform all of the recommended movements and exercises. I had no reason to hesitate in performing the movements and was able to focus my energy on trusting Arto's therapeutic expertise unconditionally. He had an active, hands-on approach in instructing that the exercise was conducted correctly and in a way which induced recovery most effectively.

Since then, my flexibility has increased and much of the stiffness has been relieved. Although I had my initial doubts regarding the Bodybow, I have come to find that it is an effective tool for muscle development. Although my main aim in joining the session was to resolve my back issues, I have encountered many positive attributes and 'bonuses' of the exercise (smaller love-handles, for example!). I am able to conduct abdominal exercises to a far greater extent than before, and what's most important; my back feels much better. I feel stronger and more flexible overall."
